What: Also known as the "Dash of
Insanity", swimmers brave the icy cold waters of Lake Ontario. When: January 1, 2010 The swimmers will be "swimming" at 2 pm, but come early to enjoy food and music! Who: Anyone crazy enough to join us! Where: Newcastle WaterfrontWhy: To raise awareness for the urgent need for organ and tissue donation AND to raise money for the Sick Kids Foundation for research into paediatric liver disease How: Take the Mill St. exit off the 401. Parking is limited - choose our shuttle service instead! Park in the IGA parking lot downtown Newcastle and let us shuttle you to and from the waterfront, courtesy of Pheonix Transportation. |
